To register candidates for the STPM and MUET examinations/tests efficiently

To administer the STPM, MUET, MEdSI, MUnSyI, Malaysian Information Technology Professional Examination (MITPE),  Shariah RFP, Shariah RFP Capstone, and Shariah RFP Adhoc PNBi examinations/tests efficiently and fairly

To issue the STPM, MUET, MEdSI, MUnSyI, MITPE, Shariah RFP, Shariah RFP Capstone, and Shariah RFP Adhoc PNBi results of which the standards are recognised by receiving institutions.
