TRANSFER OF TEST CENTRE

1. Transfer from one test centre to another test centre will only be permitted if the reasons given by the candidates are acceptable. Application for transfer to test centres within the same city is not allowed. Applicants must complete the Test Centre Transfer Request Form (MUET/C2) which can be obtained and printed from the Malaysian Examinations Council's portal.  Applications must be submitted to the Malaysian Examinations Council (for the attention of the Head of STPM and MUET Administration Division) through the Head of Examination and Evaluation Sector, State Education Department.
2. The test centre transfer fee is RM25.00 and should be made by Postal / Money Order in the name of the Chief Executive of the Malaysian Examinations Council. Payment will be refunded if the application is not approved.
3. The closing date for application for the transfer of test centre is 25 February, 2011 for the MUET Mid Year 2011 and 15 September 2011 for the MUET End of Year 2011. Transfer of test centre application status can be checked at the Malaysian Examinations Council's portal.
